It really is hard to tell what is good for our bodies and what isn't.
One day we are told to eat a certain food and the next day we are told that it isn't good for us. It is so hard to find out what a person is supposed to eat, if we are giving our children the right types of foods and what do we choose. We should all have certain information, that we take along on vacation and make sure that go along with our children when they are with someone else, in case of an Emergency, do you know what a doctor will need immediately?
This page will have some facts on foods and hints on Natural Cures, Hints and Remedys that I hope will help you to make the decision that is right for your family.

A Members Hint:
As you know I always love to get hints from our members and this is a really good one for everyone to do. Remember, it is better to be safe than sorry!
Thank you for sending in your hint.
From Cynthia Hankin:
The Medina General Hospital, in Medina,Ohio gave my husband and I an item called the "vial of life" it was a plastic medicine bottle you filled with your current medications list and additional info, and they suggested putting it in your refrigerator. I put it on the front door of the fridge with a rubber band and a magnet. EMT personnel are trained to look for this item. their thinking was, everyone has a refrigerator and it is easy to find...so they don't waste time and they have all your info. also, after always having my husband carry a list of his medications with him, we found one night when we had to go to the hospital, and he was still in pj's that I needed to have a copy of his meds in my wallet. hope this is helpful to others.
I am sure that it will be a lot of help to many people Cynthia and it is my pleasure to pass this hint on to everyone! Jan
