- How are these books going to help me?

Instead of having to go through all of your files and then go through all of the papers in the files looking for the information that you need, you will only have to look in your book, on the page of the item in question and all of your information will be there. PLUS if you ever have to file an insurance claim because of water damage, theft, accident, or fire all of the information that you need is in these books. They can be kept in a safe to have them 100% safe.
Q. What if I have some items that aren’t listed in the Home Inventory System?
A. Each book has additional ‘page’s that you can label as you would like. Then fill them out accordingly.
Q. What if some of my information changes from year to year or month to month?
A. This won’t be a problem for you to take care of. Once you purchase the Home Inventory System, it is yours forever. Just open up the file and print another copy of the page that is needed.
Q. Can I make a copy of your book for a friend?
A. No. This is copyrighted material and is meant only for the person that purchased it. If it is in someone else's hands, it is illegal and they can be prosecuted as well as the person that gave it to them.
Q. What if I need something that is suited just for my lifestyle? I own a golf cart, snowmobile and a lot of other things that I would like to have a record of.
A. Then you can order a Home Inventory System that is made just for you. You can order this on the website and it will be set up according to your specifications.
Q. Can I give these away as gifts?
A. Yes you can. If you would like them sent to you in booklet form contact admin at Easy_organizing@yahoo.com ( $6.45 additional charge for postage and handling) Otherwise you can order them through the website and print them out yourself.
Q.What kind of information is in the Home Inventory System?

- Names of the item/appliance that you own
- The serial and model numbers
- Date of purchase, cost and where purchased
- Any repairs that were done to the item
- Who repaired it; both the name of the business and of the repair person
- Part that was repaired or replaced
- Date of repair and cost of items as well as service call
- If it is under warranty by the manufacturer, private warranty or store warranty
- If there is an extended warranty
- Who the warranty is with and what is under warranty and for how long
- Savings bonds, numbers, institutions, amount
- Credit cards, where they came from, amount of interest etc.
- Insurance policies that you have, the type, the amount, the monthly payment, who with, the agent involved etc.
- Cemetery and funeral information
