Let's Plan a BIG MENU and Cook Less

Wouldn't It Be Nice Not To Have To Worry About What You Are Making For Dinner For A WHOLE MONTH

You Asked For It!!!!       YOU GOT IT!

  • Take out a piece of paper and drawn a line down the middle of the
page so you have two columns.
  • Now in the left column write all of the meats that your family likes to eat for dinner.
  • Now in the right column; write down all of the sandwiches your family likes to eat.

Now COPY and PRINT this menu.

It's okay that this menu may not be for this month, this is just to use as a guide.

  • On Monday and Wednesday write down a meat from Column one
  • On Tuesday and Thursday write down a sandwich from column two
  • Do this for every week.
  • Now you should have Friday, Saturday and Sunday open for each week.

SHORTCUT HINT*** Every time that you cook; always cook enough for
two meals so you can give yourself and 'day off'.

You will use your left overs for these three days; this is how it works:

       Meal 1                                                   Meal 2 (leftovers)

    Roast Beef/ Potatoes/Carrots                      Beef Stew

Roast Beef/ Gravy                                     Hot Beef Sandwiches

    Chicken                                                     Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken and Rice                                       Chicken and Rice Soup

Meatballs and Gravy                                   Spaghetti and Meatballs

    Meatballs/Spaghetti Sauce                           Lasagne

    Pork Roast                                                Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

Now you get the idea????

Here is an Example of what your menu will look like for a month, some of the
things may be changed around a little because of the work schedule or childrens
practices or '?' . Thats the nice thing about doing it this way, you are plyable as
to whatever comes up, you are ready!!!!!

 YOU ARE ORGANIZED!!

Now that wasn't very hard at all, plus, you will still have leftovers in the fridge
for midnight snacks!!
