15 Minute Kitchen "TIDY" Checklist
By Jan Hayner
It is true that the kitchen is the 'heart of the home' and it is also the room that seems to collect more clutter than any other room in the house. We walk in the door and throw our jackets, purses, briefcases, school bags and purchases on the kitchen table. Our shoes are probably lying somewhere around the back door and dirty dishes always manage to get as far as the sink, but don't make it to the dishwasher.
It is depressing to walk back in the house after a day of work, shopping or appointments and have this mess be the first thing to greet you.
So, What can we do about it that doesn't take a lot of time?
How about a 15 Minute Tidy?
HINT***Have a coat rack at the back door to grab all of those jackets, school bags etc.
You have just done a 15 minute tidy and your home is back to feeling liveable. As you get other members of your family to help with the 'tidy' it will take you less time to accomplish your goal.
