I just wanted to write to let you know how handy your inventory books came in when we were applying for a loan on our first house. We took the inventory book along to the back and they had every bit of information that they needed. We were so glad that we took the time to fill it in. We were accepted the following week and now live in a great home and the whole process was stress free. My sister just got married and we ordered a book for them as part of the shower gift so they can write things down as they recieve them. I am now going to purchase your other books so we have the complete set.

Jan, I have to tell you; I bought a CD that was supposed to have all
of the information I needed in it and it was twice what your normal
price is and I threw it away.
I have three books, a new safe to put them in and I spent less than
I did on the CD and I have everything I need in these three books.
I didn't even have to add the extra pages that you gave me.

Jan, I wanted to let you know how handy your book came in when my mother had to go to a nursing home. We didn't know that they were going to need so much information and a list of all of her assets. Luckily, my husband purchased your book last summer and this past winter would fill in a little everytime we went to my mothers. What a GOD SEND that was!! We just took the book along and showed them everything. They took care of processing all of the papers and Mom now has a great place to live and is being cared for. Thank you so much for taking the time to write it and for advertising it so well, to make it easy for my husband to find.
